Expression of Genetic Obesity Risk may be Influenced by Saturated Fat Intake

Around 63 gene variants related to obesity have been identified by researchers from the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging (USDA HNRCA) at Tufts University.
