Flu vaccine coverage on the rise in US

US health officials say that vaccination coverage to protect against influenza is on the rise, particularly for children, according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Health officials say the data, announced at a news conference held by the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NIFD), is reassuring but still falls short of public goals.
