1 Have a box of crudités
...in the fridge (work and home) at all times. Reach for these healthy gems when you need a snack.
2 Make veg tasty
Cauliflower and broccoli alone are bland. Pop them in a veggie chilli or curry recipe base to jazz up your chicken dinner nicely.
3 Prepare more veg
...than you need at dinnertime. Fry the leftovers in a dash of butter the next evening or add to tomorrow's lunch.
