The sky’s the limit!

Get your stretch on at London's coolest open air yoga space

Yay! Our favourite rooftop yoga classes are back for a second season. For the next two months Selfridges’ roof terrace sees Vintage Salt’s seaside-inspired restaurant converted into an alfresco yoga studio where you can get your stretch on with top triyoga teachers. There’s a range of styles – from hatha to ashtanga and vinyasa flow – each with a sprinkling of restorative poses to provide some much-needed calm high above the hustle and bustle of the West End.

The hour-long classes take place at 10am on Tuesday mornings, are suitable for all levels – from beginners to seasoned yogis – and are lead by some of triyoga’s best-loved teachers, including Jean Hall, Jeff Phoenix and Annabel Chown.

Drink in the amazing views as you salute the sun, then refuel post-class with fresh, cold-pressed juices from The Juicery. Ahhh, we’re breathing better already!
