East China Seeks Personal Information To Buy Cold Medicine

Zhejiang, a province in east China, has issued a new rule that requires people to register personal information when buying cold medicine. The new rule will take effect in from Sep 10. The public security authority has told drug makers and wholesalers to keep client documents when trading in medicines that contain ephedrine, which is used in illegal drugs.
