KAMPALA (Reuters) - An outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus has killed 13 people in Uganda and efforts are under way to contain the hemorrhagic fever, the World Health Organisation (WHO) said on Saturday. Suspect in hepatitis C outbreak wrote suicide note
