Up for a challenge?

Move, transform, stabilise and balance with 30 days of yoga and ayurveda

It's official, setting new challenges is good for you. Why? It increases your ability to stretch and grow, allowing you to surpass your own preconceived limits of what is possible. When you take up a challenge you become more inspired, more engaged and have a sneak preview of what it would be like to live your life to your full potential.

Enter triyoga’s 30-day yoga challenge. Created by our favourite triyoga teachers Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, plus ayurveda specialist Jono Condous, it’s been designed to allow you to explore and experience how yoga and ayurveda (the ancient Indian healing system) work in synergy with each other to encourage greater health and wellbeing in your life.

During November, you are invited to take daily classes and discover your natural constitution (known as a dosha) and its unique nature within your body and mind. Through a combination of yoga asana, breathing practices, diet and self care, you will begin to find a more intelligent way to move your body, transform your thinking, stabilise your energy and help balance your entire being.

Along with unlimited free yoga classes at all four triyoga centres, and access to video classes and blogs by Mimi and Jean, the 30-day challenge includes an opening workshop which introduces the concepts of the doshas and how to balance your inner elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Space. At the closing workshop, you’ll partner up with other students on the course and share how your doshas have changed. By the end of the challenge, you will have understood more about your own dosha, how to use ayurveda and yoga together to help you find a more harmonious way of being.
