On his 45th birthday, comatose seven-time Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher was honored in a sculpture by sand artist Sudarshan Patnaik. Schumacher was still in a coma on his birthday on Friday after suffering head injuries while skiing off-piste during a family vacation in the Alpine resort of Meribel on December 29.
