Men Quick to Quit New Year Weight Loss Diet Plan - Survey

A survey involving 2000 British adults revealed that one in four men ended their New Year's weight loss resolution the very next day. Whereas, one in 10 women yield in to cravings for unhealthy food after 24 hours and 31 per cent give up their diet within one week, said the survey which was conducted by a health company Bupa.
