Tooth Sensor to Monitor What You Eat Developed

Researchers at National Taiwan University's UbiComp Lab have developed an embedded false tooth that can monitor what you eat or whether you have smoked and informs your doctor about it. The device is a sensor made up of a tiny circuit board which can be embedded into tooth cavities, dentures or a dental brace and records the jaw motion to how much time the patient has spent chewing, drinking, speaking, coughing or smoking.
