Study Confirms Link Between Intimate Partner Violence and Depression in Women

A study by international researchers published in this week's iPLOS Medicine/i found that women who have experienced violence from their partner (intimate partner violence) are at higher risk of becoming depressed, and in addition to that, women who are depressed may also be at increased risk of experiencing intimate partner violence.
