Majority of Twitter's 500 Million Users Made Up by Americans, Brazilians and Japanese

A new report has revealed that over 500 million people have joined the micro-blogging website Twitter, and a majority of those users, are Americans and Brazilians. Twitter surpassed the half-billion mark at the end of June, with the U.S. accounting both for the most users and the largest number of 'tweets'.
